Welcome to Proper Appaloosas! We are a small breeding farm located in Churchville, Maryland. As breeders we are striving to produce quality foals for Halter, Pleasure & All Around. One of the main goals of our breeding program is to produce a high quality foal that we can be proud to call a Proper Appaloosa. Our goal is quality NOT quantity. We breed a small carefully selected group of broodmares each year. We breed only HYPP N/N tested mares. We feel that crossing proven bloodlines will produce quality foals with strong pedigrees. Be sure to check out our For Sale page as we usually have some of the current years foals for sale as well as the occasional older prospect. Inquiries about any of our horses are always welcome.
